CEU IV Therapy

This 30 (24 hours theory and 6 clinical) hour course is for Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Psychiatric Technicians who are looking to brush up on or expand their skills. In this course the students learns the legal and ethical considerations of IV Therapy, how to locate veins for IV insertion, IV insertion techniques, fluid and electrolyte balance, safety precautions, how to maintain an IV site and the documentation as necessary for IV Therapy.
