Alcohol & Drug Counselor Program

As an alcohol and drug counselor you will be providing care to those who suffer from the illness of addiction. You will develop the skills necessary to inspire hope, strength, and wholeness to those whom drugs and alcohols have destroyed lives and hope.

  • 720 clock hour program (7 months of training)

  • Apply for the CCBADC written exam, after passing the exam you become a CADC Intern

  • Complete 4000 hours on the field training

  • After success completion of the Oral Board Exam, upon passing you will receive your CADC I status

  • After completing the 2000 hours of experience you will receive the CADC II status

  • Once completing the program you will be instrumental to work in hospitals, outpatient centers, schools, correctional centers and even private practice
