Get a feel for Mission Career College. Take a virtual tour of our facilities, explore our programs, or schedule an in-person visit if you prefer.

Complete Assessment & Paperwork

For programs that require an entrance assessment, you can complete it online. Then, easily review and e-sign your enrollment documents—all from the comfort of your own space.

Confirmation & Orientation

Once you’ve signed, you’re all set! You’ll receive a confirmation email with details for orientation, so you’re ready to dive in on your first day.

ADMISSION CRITERIA
Prospective students may gain admission to MCC by meeting one of the following requirements:

  • Demonstrating performance on a standardized Wonderlic examination.
  • Providing proof of high school graduation or its equivalent, such as:
    • High school diploma
    • General Education Development Certificate (GED)
    • State proficiency certificate
    • College transcript or college diploma

ASSESSMENT – Wonderlic Scholastic Examination
The following are the minimum Wonderlic scores required for admission into approved programs:

  • Acute Care Nurse Assistant: 12
  • Certified Medical Assistant: 12
  • Chemical Dependency Counselor (ADC): 16
  • Clinical Medical Assistant: 12
  • Computer Office Specialist: 16
  • CPR/First Aid: 12
  • ECG/EKG Technician: 12
  • English as a Second Language - Advanced: 12
  • English as a Second Language - Beginner Communication: 10
  • English as a Second Language - High Intermediate: 11
  • English as a Second Language - Intermediate: 11
  • English as a Second Language - Low Intermediate: 10
  • Home Health Aide: 12
  • Massage Therapy: 12
  • Medical Assistant: 13
  • Medical Terminology: 10
  • Monitor Technician: 12
  • NCLEX Review: 16
  • Nurse Assistant: 12
  • Pharmacy Technician: 16
  • Phlebotomy Technician: 15
  • Restorative Nursing Assistant: 15
  • Solar Photovoltaic Installation: 12
  • Tower Crane Operator: 12
  • Water Technology Management - Entry Level: 12
  • Water Technology Management - Advanced Level: 12

Assessment Fee: FREE / NO CHARGE

Additional Requirements

  • Applicants aged 18 years or older without a high school diploma or its equivalent must pass the following Accuplacer Tests:
    • Test 1: Reading Comprehension
    • Test 2: Sentence Skills
    • Test 3: Arithmetic
  • The minimum age for Nurse Assistant students is 16 years old.

Prospective students are encouraged to tour the campus accompanied by an Admissions representative.
